Dry Martini

One of the most popular cocktails in history. It´s origin to date is not clear. The most recent history dates back to the first decade of the 20th cetury, at the Knicker Brocker Club bar in New York, where the bartender´s last name was Martini.

Ingredients

  • 60ml Gin
  • 10ml Dry Vermouth
  • Small Ice for Cocktail
  • lemon or lime
  • Cardamomo (opcional)

Construction

Cocktail glass

Garnish

Twist (lemon or lime)

Preparation

  1. On a short mixing glass, slightly crush three pieces of cadamom. Add the gin, dry vermouth and small ice for cocktail. Stir gently.
  2. Use a strainer to pour the mixing into Cocktail glass.
  3. Garnish with twist (lemon or lime).
