Yellow Citric 2

Ingredients

• 1,70 oz (5cl) Gin
• 6,75 oz (20cl) Tonic
• Infuser Yellow Citric by Té Tonic Experience
• Ice cubes
• Dehydrated orange slice and a licorice stick.

Orange twist and licorice stick.

Preparation

1. On a short mixing glass, infusionate Gin, an orange slice, a licorice stick and the Yellow Citric pyramidal infuser for 4 or 6 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, chill the Gin Tonic glass adding some ice cubes.
3. Then, on the chilled glass, pour the infused Gin and add the Tonic. Be careful when pouring it in order not to break bubbles.
4. Garnish with an orange slice and the licorice stick.
