  • 1,70 oz (5cl) Gin
  • 6,75 oz (20cl) Tonic
  • Infuser Violet
  • Ice cubes
  • Persian roses

Preparation

  1. On a short mixing glass, infuse Gin and the Violet pyramidal infuser for 2 to 4 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, chill the Gin Tonic glass adding some ice cubes.
  3. Then, on the chilled glass, pour the infused Gin and add the Tonic. Be careful when pouring it in order not to break bubble.
  4. Garnish with Persian roses.
