Star Vermouth

Classic and refreshing cocktail thanks to soda.

Ingredients

  • 50ml Sweet Red Vermouth
  • 75ml Soda
  • Star anise
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange slice

Construction

Old fashion glass.

Garnish

Orange slice

Preparation

  1. On a short mixing glass, slightly crush the star anise.
  2. Pour Sweet red vermouth and infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.
  3. Use a strainer to pour the infused into Old Fashion glass filled with ice cubes.
  4. Finally, add 75ml the soda. Stir well.
  5. Garnish with a orange slice and a piece of star anise.
