Tom Collins

Cóctel muy popular de entre los tragos con Ginebra. Se creó a finales del siglo XIX por el barman londinense John Collins, aunque existe la teoría de que este cóctel ya exístia y era de origen americano.

  • 50ml Gin
  • 30ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 60ml Soda water
  • 15ml Simple Syrup
  • Ice cubes
  • Lemon slice
  • Spiced Sea Salt Rose Petals & Hibiscus Flower (optional)

Preparation

  1. Pour all ingredients into Tom Collins cocktail glass and stir gently.
  2. Add ice cubes.
  3. Garnish with lemon slice and a pinch of Spiced Sea Salt Rose Petals & Hibiscus Flower (optional).
