  • 50ml Gin or Pisco
  • 40ml lemon juice
  • 30ml siryp

  • Ice cubes

Infuser Salmon Guru Sour


  1. In a shaker, pour gin or pisco and add the infuser. Let infuse for 3 to 5 minutes.

  2. Put some ice cubes in the shaker, pour the infused tequila and add 40ml lemon juice and 30ml syrup, then shake vigorously.

  3. Put some ice cubes in a glass and pour the shaker content.

  4. Serve and enjoy.

  5. Garnish with the infuser.
