Hibiscus and star anise Floral Gin Tonic

Ingredients

  • 50 ml Gin,
  • 200 ml Tonic,
  • Hibiscus flowers,
  • Star anise,
  • Ice cubes.

Construction

Balloon glass.

Garnish

Star anise flowers.

Preparation

  1. On a short mixing glass, infuse hibiscus flowers and gin for 4 to 6 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, add some ice cubes and chill the glass.
  3. Use a strain to pour infused gin on the balloon glass.
  4. Add tonic and gently mix, downwards to upwards.
  5. Garnish with a star anise flower.
