  • 20ml Fresh Lemon Juice
  • 30ml Simple Syrup
  • 1 Raw Egg White
  • 1 Pouch Rose by Té Tonic 
  • Small Ice for Cocktail
  • Rose petals

Preparation

  1. On a short mixing glass, pour 50ml de Gin and infuse pouch Rose by Te Tonic for 4 to 6 minuts.
  2. Pour the mixing infused and others ingredients into the shaker with small ice. Shake vigorously.
  3. Pour the mixing into Martini Cocktail glass.
  4. Garnish with Rose Petals.
