El Cubano Whisky Cocktail

Sparkling cola and sweet honey whisky cocktail specially created by Te Tonic


  • 1,70 oz (5cl) whisky
  • Chilled cola drink
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 Coffee beans
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lime or lemon juice
  • Grated coffee beans
  • 1/2 slice of dehydrated orange


Carved highball cocktail glass


Grated coffee bean and half slice of dehydrated orange.


  1. On a short mixing glass, infuse 2 coffee beans on a basis of whisky.
  2. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and then, in the infused mixture, dissolve a teaspoon of granulated honey on a teaspoon of lemon or lime juice. Avoid wet tools when manipulating honey.
  3. Pour some ice cubes on a carved highball cocktail glass and add infused whisky.
  4. And chilled cola drink.
  5. Finish with a topping of your preferred botanicals and serve.
