Carabassi

Ingredients

• 40ml white Tequila
• 20ml red vermouth
• 30ml orange juice
• 10ml Sugar syrup (1 tablespoon)
• Infusión Orange Energy by Te Tonic Experience
• Ice cubes
• Lemon and cassia cinnamon sticks

Construction

Low glass on the rocks.

Garnish

Curly lemon twist and cassia cinnamon stick.

Preparation

1. In a short glass, infuse the tequila with the Orange Energy pyramid for 5 to 6 minutes.
2. In a rocks glass, pour the infused tequila and add an ice cube.
3. Add the red vermouth, orange juice and sugar syrup.
4. Garnish with a twist of lime and a cassia cinnamon stick.
