Red Passion

Ingredients

• 1,70 oz (5cl) Gin
• 6,75 oz (20cl) Tonic
• Infuser Red Passion by Té Tonic Experience
• Ice cubes
• Lime and strawberries

Construction

Balloon glass

Strawberry slices and lime.

Preparation

1. On a short mixing glass, infuse Gin and the Red Passion pyramidal infuser for 1 or 2 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, chill the Gin Tonic glass adding some ice cubes.
3. Then, on the chilled glass, pour the infused Gin and add the Tonic. Be careful when pouring it in order not to break bubble.
4. Garnish with strawberry and lime slices. For extra colour nuances, add a pinch of hibiscus flowers.
