Rum Cola

Sweet, slightly spicy, with bitter notes of coffee.


  • 1,70 oz (5cl) White Rum
  • 6,75 oz (20cl) Cola
  • Orange peel,
  • Jamaican pepper
  • Coffee beans
  • Ice cubes
  • Orange


Short glass, old fashion cocktail glass.


Orange twist


  1. On a short mixing glass, slightly crush the chosen botanicals and infuse on the white rum for 4 to 6 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, chill the cocktail glass adding some ice cubes.
  3. Use a strainer to pour the infused white rum on the chilled cocktail glass, over the ice cubes.
  4. Add the mixer and gently move, downward to upward.
  5. Garnish with an orange twist and enjoy.
