Rose Jasmine

Roses and orange blossom for the mildest GinTonic

Ingredients

  • 1,70 oz (5cl) Gin
  • 6,75 oz (20cl) Tonic
  • Infuser Rose Jasmine by Té Tonic Experience
  • Ice cubes
  • Rose petals and star anise

Star anise and rose petals.

Preparation

  1. On a short mixing glass, infuse Gin and the Rose Jasmine pyramidal infuser for 2 or 3 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, chill the Gin Tonic glass adding some ice cubes.
  3. Then, on the chilled glass, pour the infused Gin and add the Tonic. Be careful when pouring it in order not to break bubble.
  4. Garnish with a flower of star anise and some rose petals.
