Licorice and slightly sour strawberry notes for the perfect GinTonic Rosé

Ingredients

  • 1,70 oz (5cl) Gin
  • 6,75 oz (20cl) Tonic
  • Infuser Rose Jasmine by Té Tonic Experience
  • Ice cubes
  • Raspberries and a licorice stick

Preparation

  1. On a short mixing glass, infuse Gin and the Rose Jasmine pyramidal infuser for 2 or 3 minutes.
  2. Meanwhile, chill the Gin Tonic glass adding some ice cubes.
  3. Then, on the chilled glass, pour the infused Gin and add the Tonic. Be careful when pouring it in order not to break bubble.
  4. Garnish with raspberries; for an intense bouquet, add a licorice stick.
