Gin Tonic Classic

Ingredients

• 50 ml Gin,
• 200 ml Tonic,
• Cardamom,
• Juniper,
• Ice cubes,
• Lemon.

Preparation

1. On a short mixing glass, crush the recommended botanicals and infuse on the gin for 4 to 6 minutes.
2. Meanwhile, add some ice cubes in a balloon glass and let chill.
3. Use a strain to pour the infusesd gin on the chilled glass.
4. Add tonic and gently mix, downwards to upwards.
5. Garnish with a lemon twist.
