Tropical notes and sweet honey touch for the best Te Tonic whisky coctel


  • 0,84 oz (2,5cl) whisky
  • Ice cubes
  • 3,40 oz (10cl) pineapple juice
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated honey
  • 1/2 slice of dehydrated orange
  • Grated long pepper


Martini cocktail glass


Grated long pepper and half a slice of dehydrated orange.


  1. On a shaker, mix a teaspoon of granulated honey on a basis of whisky.
    Avoid wet tools when manipulating honey.
  2. Slightly shake to dissolve, add pineapple juice and 2 ice cubes for chilling the mixture.
  3. Shake thoroughly. On a short mixing glass, infuse a teaspoon of piperita mint on a basis of whisky.
  4. Serve on a chilled martini glass and garnish with an orange slice and grated long pepper to taste.
