Rose Jasmine 2


  • 50 ml gin
  • 200 ml. tonic
  • Infusion: ROSE by TE TONIC.
  • Ice cube
  • 2 raspberries


  • Infuse in a short glass gin with Rose infusion and licorice for 5 or 6 minutes.
  • In the meantime, cool a glass of ice with a bucketful of ice.
  • Pour the infused gin over the glass and add the piece of star anise.
  • Add the tonic gently
  • Finish the combo with 2 fresh or dehydrated raspberries
