Rose Jasmine

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml gin
  • 200 ml. tonic
  • Infusion: ROSE by TE TONIC.
  • Ice cube
  • 2 Rose petals (optional)
  • 1 piece of star anise

Process:

Infuse in a short glass the gin with the Rose infusion for 3 or 4 minutes.
In the meantime, cool a glass of ice with a bucketful of ice.
Pour the infused gin over the glass and add the piece of star anise.
Add the tonic gently
Finish the combo with 2 rose petals

Decoration: Star anise and petals of white and pink rose
