El Cubano

Ingredients:

  • 50ml whisky
  • Chilled cola drink
  • Ice cubes
  • 2 Coffee beans
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated honey
  • 1 teaspoon of lime or lemon juice
  • Grated coffee beans
  • 1/2 slice of dehydrated orange

Process:

  1. On a short mixing glass, infusionate 2 coffee beans on a basis of whisky.
  2. Leave to stand for 5 minutes and then, in the infusionated mixture, dissolve a teaspoon of granulated honey on a teaspoon of lemon or lime juice.
  3. Pour some ice cubes on a carved highball cocktail glass and add infusionated whisky and chilled cola drink. Finish with a topping of a grated coffee bean and half slice of dehydrated orange.
