Little Orange


  • 50ml whisky
  • Pilé ice cubes
  • 1 stick cassia cinnamon
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated honey
  • 150ml orange juice
  • Grated cinnamon
  • 1/2 slice of dehydrated orange
  • Soda topping


  1. On a short mixing glass, infusionate a stick of cassia cinnamon on a basis of whisky.
  2. Leave to stand for 4 minutes and then, in the infusionated mixture, dissolve a teaspoon of granulated honey.
  3. Pour some pilé ice cubes on a carved highball cocktail glass, add infusionated wisky and orange juice.
  4. Finish with a soda splash topping and mix from bottom to top. Garnish.
