  • 50ml whisky
  • Pilé ice cubes
  • 1 Espresso coffee
  • Juice of half a lime
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated honey
  • Grated cassia cinnamon
  • Grated cocoa beans


  1. Pour whisky on a shaker and add 2 ice cubes, juice of half a lime, a teaspoon of granulated honey, grated cassia cinnamon and grated cocoa. Shake thoroughly and leave to stand for 2 minutes. Meanwhile, prepare a espresso.
  2. On a carved old fashioned cocktail glass, pour pilé ice cubes and strained mixture.
  3. For finishing, add espresso and garnish.
  4. Do not stir.

  • Adding a stick of cassia cinnamon and a cocoa bean (optional) is recommended.
