• 50ml whisky
  • Pilé ice cubes
  • 1 teaspoon of granulated honey
  • 1 teaspoon of piperita mint
  • Juice of half a lemon
  • Chilled green tea
  • Soda (optional)
  • Peppermint and mint leaves
  • 1 lemon slice


  1. On a short mixing glass, infusionate a teaspoon of piperita mint on a basis of whisky.
  2. Leave to stand for 2 minutes and, in the mixture, dissolve a teaspoon of granulated honey in the juice of half a lemon.
  3. On a carved highball cocktail glass, strain and pour the infusionated mixture and add pilé ice cubes.
  4. Add chilled green tea and a splash of soda (optional). Slightly stir from bottom to top and garnish.
