Pampelonne

Ingredients:

  • Infusion YELLOW by TE TONIC
  • 30 ml of vodka
  • 30 ml. of white vermouth
  • 20 ml. of sugar syrup
  • Red and green cherry

Process:

  1. Cool cocktail glass with plenty of ice cube
  2. Pour the vodka into the shaker, infuse with YELLOW by TE TONIC for 5 minutes
  3. Squeeze half lemon juice, pour into shaker
  4. Add vermouth white
  5. Add two ice cubes
  6. Shake for approx. 20 seconds.
  7. Remove the ice from the cocktail glass
  8. Pour the poured contents of the cocktail shaker into the cocktail glass

Construction: on shaker and presented in cocktail glass

Decoration: red and green cherry skewer
