Cala Macarella

Ingredients:

  • Infusion YELLOW by TE TONIC
  • 30 ml of gin
  • 20 ml. from Aperol
  • Sprite
  • 1 Grapefruit

Process:

  1. Cool a cocktail glass with plenty of ice cube.
  2. Pour gin and Yellow Tonic Tea infusion into the shaker, marry for 6 or 7 minutes
  3. Add the Aperol and two ice cubes in the shaker
  4. Shake for 20 seconds
  5. Serve by pouring the contents of the shaker onto the previously cooled cocktail glass, without ice or any remaining water.
  6. Add a sprite blow
  7. Decorate with a grapefruit twist
