Isla de Tabarca

Ingredients:

  • Infusion GREEN by Té Tonic
  • 40 ml of gin
  • 15 ml. Sweet wine or muscat
  • 10 ml. of sugar
  • 1/2 lemon juice squeezed

Process:

  1. Cool cocktail glass with plenty of ice cube
  2. Pour the gin into the shaker next to the infusion GREEN by TE TONIC
  3. Squeeze half lemon juice and pour into shaker with macerated gin
  4. Add sweet wine or muscatel
  5. Add two ice cubes
  6. Shake for approx. 20 seconds.
  7. Remove the ice from the cocktail glass
  8. Pour the poured contents of the cocktail shaker
  9. Finish with lemon twist twist

Contruction: on shaker and presented in cocktail glass

Decoration: lemon wedge or lemon twist
