• 50 ml. gin
  • 200 ml. tonic
  • Infusion: RED by TE TONIC.
  • Ice cube
  • 1 Lima
  • 1 Fresh Strawberry


  1. Infuse in a short glass gin with the infusion Red for 3 or 4 minutes.
  2. In the meantime, cool a glass of ice with a bucketful of ice.
  3. Pour the infused gin over the cup.
  4. Add the tonic gently
  5. Finish the Gin&Tonic with 2 or 3 slices of strawberry and lime, and a piece of Hibiscus Flower.
