Scopello

Ingredients:

  • 40 ml. of white tequila
  • Lime juice
  • 60 ml. from Ginger Ale
  • Infusion Yellow by TE TONIC
  • Branch of fresh peppermint
  • Cube ice

Process:

  1. Infuse Yellow Citric by TE TONIC with 40 ml. of white tequila
  2. On a glass on the rocks pour the infused tequila
  3. Add half-lime juice and ice cube
  4. Finally pour the Ginger Ale gently
  5. Decorate with twist or lime loops

Construction: on glass on the rocks

Garnish: 2 loops of lime and a sprig of mint
