Marina Piccola

Ingredients:

  • 50 ml of vodka
  • 3 tablespoons white sugar
  • 3 slices of lime
  • Infusion 82 by TE TONIC
  • 2 or 3 spearmint leaves
  • 50 ml. tonic
  • Pilé ice

Process:

On a short glass Infusionar nº 82 by TE TONIC with the vodka, during 6 or 7 minutes
Pour the spearmint leaves and lime on the infused vodka
Macerate for 2 minutes
Above the glass on the rocks we pour the infused vodka next to the lime and peppermint.
Add sugar and ice pilé
Finally a tonic boost to raise the appetizer

Decoration: peppermint twig and two lime wedges
