Ingredients

• 40ml Gin
• 15ml Sugar syrup (1,5 teaspoons)
• 10ml sugar
• Yellow Citric infuser by Te Tonic Experience
• Ice cubes pilé
• Soda
• 1/2 Lemon juice

Preparation

• On a short mixing glass, infuse Gin and the Yellow Citric pyramidal infuser, for 6 or 7 minutes.
• Meanwhile, chill the on the rocks short glass adding some pilé ice cubes.
• Then, on the chilled glass, pour the infused Gin, the sugar syrum and the lemon juice.
• Add a shot of soda and garnish with a lemon twist.
